Returns

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging.
- Items must be free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, and any other residues.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is faulty/incorrect).

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days once approved.

Customs & Import Tax
- All duties and taxes are covered by us for orders shipped to the EU and international destinations.
Pre-Orders
- Please allow up to 3 weeks for dispatch on pre-order items.
- Full payment is required at the time of ordering to secure your item.
- You may cancel your pre-order at any time before dispatch for a full refund. Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
